A cosy derelict farm built in 1860 with room for 8 persons, renovated from 2002 - 2008. The derelict farm is situated about 30 km n.e. of Värnamo, 200 km from Helsingborg. The derelict farm is situated in an open space close to a private forest which is 10ha, a nice place to walk in or the kids to play in. The nearest neighbour, whose courtyard you by the way go though to get to the farm, is about 500m away, the public road is 800m away, the lake where you can swim is about 2 km away and if you like fishing a god fishing place is about 6 km away, the nearest town is about 11 km away. Because of the place where the derelict farm is situated you will only be disturbed by the animals from the forest and the birds.
